The Guardian carried a touching and humorous piece by Mark Dowd yesterday. As I read it I thought "this should be a film" and the author reveals towards the end of the piece that he is planning to do just that. The story is hard to explain but is summed up in the heading to the article - 'I went to my ex-lover's funeral as his son'. It can be read
here.
