The Politics of Identity

One of the themes that we've been exploring both in my undergraduate and postgraduate classes is the theme of identity politics along with theories - postmodernism, feminism and queer - and how they can offer us insights into how we we/the law sees ourselves and the possibilities of (re)constructing those identities.
