Just a quick mention of a brilliant piece in the Times Law section in which the wonderful Gary Slapper outlines 'weird cases' and talks about one case in which a claimant sought to receive damages of £50,000 through arguing that her gynaecologist had unprofessionally produced that result in her twice in less than two minutes, during an intimate examination at his clinic.
