HIV Transmission and the Law: The Return of the Reckless Bogeyman

Grim news as far as the response of English alw to HIV transmission is concerned. The UK press worked themselves into a particularly vibrant frenzy this morning with the news that Nkosinati Mabanda, 44, from Cannock, admitted inflicting grievous bodily harm by infecting the woman with HIV and has been sentenced to jail for four years.
