It's sometimes easy to forget the massive differences in the legal status of lgbt people around the globe. There are some radical moves underway in Singapore though. A Bill was introduced at the start of this week which would for the first time, legalise oral and anal sex in private between consenting adults. A ban on gross indecency would remain.
