Changing Names: a question of discrimination?

Jane Fae has been doing wonderful work exploring the legal issues around changing a name - an issue that take on particular significance for those transitioning, but it has wider applicability. She's now put together a 'White Paper', essentially exploring the issue and offering some proposals. The hope is that lawmakers will pick up on these proposals.
