Birmingham Pub to Sue Police?

There are a couple of interesting stories in the latest issue of the Pink Paper. The first focuses upon one Birmingham pub that had a s Police raid in August 2007. Since then they have seen a down-turn in trade and are now considering suing the Police. They claim the raid and the conduct of the Police was homophobic.
